EFC worked with Scranton, PA to identify opportunities to implement green infrastructure practices in order to save money and reduce stormwater flows to the City's over-burdened system.  EFC worked in collaboration with Lackawanna River Corridor Association and McLane Associates, a local Scranton landscape architecture firm with green infrastructure experience.
