The Chesapeake Bay TMDL 2017 Midpoint Assessment aims to streamline implementation of the Bay TMDL, Phase I and Phase II Watershed Implementation Plans, two-year milestones, and make challenges to implementation more understandable for the Chesapeake Bay Program partnership.
