This case story summarizes findings from the Environmental Finance Center's assessment of Anne Arundel County's financial capacity to meet stormwater permit requirements.  EFC helped the County (1) estimate the costs of complying with regulatory mandates, (2) assess capacity to meet these investment needs, and (3) identify opportunities to expand financing opportunities and realize efficiencies in implementing the County's stormwater program.
