Stormwater Financing Case Story: Lynchburg, VA

EFC's work with Lynchburg, VA was part of a larger project designed to expand the ability and capacity of local governments to achieve water quality restoration priorities through more efficient stormwater financing.  In Lynchburg, EFC's efforts involved 1) identifying the economic and social benefits associated with implementing local Watershed Implementation Plans, 2) assessing capacity gaps in stormwater financing and revenue generation; and, 3) identifying opportunities to expand local institutional capacity necessary to achieve desired environmental outcomes.
